PRICES In certain instances we may have no choice but to cancel the order. This will only take place if: There has been an unforeseen error in pricing On the failure of payment or the non-clearance of funds Sudden increase in the cost of raw materials, labour or overheads Inability to deliver due to stock shortage PAYMENT We accept all major credit cards, cheques and postal orders, but reserve the right to not deliver any goods until funds have been cleared. In addition to payment facilities on the web, you may also phone, fax or post payment details. If under any circumstances we are required to cancel an order that has already been paid, a full refund will be made within 30 days of the transaction. DELIVERY Delivery dates are given in good faith, but are not binding. We cannot accept liability for loss of trade or costs incurred as a result of the non-arrival of good on a particular day. An unsigned or unchecked delivery will prevent our assistance with the replacement of faulty or damaged goods. Charges for the repeat delivery of items, due to the unavailability of someone to accept them, will become the responsibility of the purchaser. RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS The return of a product once it has already been delivered, will only be accepted if: - It has not been assembled in any way
- It remains in its original packaging
- The intention to return an item has been communicated to our Sales team within 7 days of delivery. (7-day “cooling off” period)
- Depending on the size of the item, as the purchaser you will be liable for the collection and delivery fee back to our warehouse.
As a purchaser you have the right to cancel your order at any time, but should the warehouse have already dispatched the item for delivery, you will be liable for the transport costs. Once returned to our warehouse, items will be inspected, should the item not be in the condition it was sent to you or have components missing, you as the purchaser will be charged a further fee to repair the items. If goods are delivered to you and show signs of damage, please mark the delivery note clearly and sends the item straight back with the driver. AFTER SALESQueries may be sent through email, fax, phone or post and our Sales team will endeavor to answer timeously. PRIVACYWe guarantee that the information you provide will only be used by ourselves to process the order. Further correspondence of special offers will only be sent with your permission.
